We now make CS2Data2 the active spreadsheet and use Stats → Analysis of Variance …to produce below the dialog box for TOTYLD. Having run the analysis of variance with fixed effects for herd group and herd nested within herd group, the 'Save…' button then appears. We can click this button to save the residuals in RESTOT in the same spreadsheet CS2Data2.
